Rocky Mountain Dance Theatre is the 501c3 nonprofit organization in Cody, Wyoming who produces Wild West Spectacular every summer. RMDT's mission is to "introduce young people to the performing arts; encourage cultural development through public performance; and to inspire performers to learn and strive for excellence in technique, self-discipline, self-confidence, and artistic expression." Through RMDT's affiliation with local dance studio Rocky Mountain School of the Arts; RMSA students have the opportunity to perform and experience participating in Wild West Spectacular's professional theatre production.
